Pipa and the Surrounding Area
Pipa is located about 80 km south of Natal and is a very special place to visit. This former “hippie” village was discovered in the sixties and was for a long time a harbour for writers, philosophers and artists. Nowadays it is one of the most famous places to surf and a place where the Brazilian jet set take their holidays. It is also ideal for families with small children.
During the day you can enjoy the beautiful beaches with dolphins, at night Pipa awakens….there are a lot of bars, quality restaurants and shops. Especially on the weekends Pipa gets “hot” at night when people dance the night away in several discos.
